All our Property Managers have the capacity to work from home. We shall continue to communicate to all Owners using our mailbox and online platform.
In line with our government’s guidelines and best practice, our office is now closed.
Our firm remains open and fully operational across all aspects of our business.
Our valued staff will continue working as normal from home.
Common Area / Property Maintenance of a non-urgent nature will be deferred and rescheduled.
Emergency works throughout our developments shall at the present time continue as normal.
Our OMCs have scheduled Owner & Board meetings by conference calls, skype, and other remote technology.
Your Property Manager continues to liaise with the Board of Directors regarding all OMC matters.
