1. Refund Policy: If a refund is due, the recipient will receive same by the method paid, within 7 working days.

2. Delivery of Service: In compliance with S.17 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011, the members shall receive an annual report which will confirm the service provided by the OMC and include the following; - a statement of income and expenditure relating to the period covered by the report - a statement of the amount of the annual service charge and the basis of such charge in respect
